Kim Dinan has nearly 20 years of experience working with leading UK and European retailers to develop the considerable potential of their Gift Card programmes. She is highly skilled in driving significant increases in sales and profitability, reductions in cost and improvements to processes.

Kim has enjoyed a uniquely wide-ranging career within the Gift Card/voucher industry. As a founder member of the UKGCVA, she held the position of Director of the Gift Card Business responsible for Gift Cards and Vouchers in both retail and B2B for B&Q, Comet and Woolworth.

Kim has launched Gift Card programmes, set up Gift Card malls, developed Christmas Savings schemes and created the Decorating Voucher business for B&Q.

More recently, Kim was European Customer Services Director for SVS,
one of the leading Gift Card processors, with responsibility for
growing revenue for - and from - retail customers within the region. 
She worked with clients including River Island, Dixons Carphone, TJX, Gerry Weber, John Lewis, B&Q, Cineworld, GameStop and many other leading UK and European retailers to appreciably enhance their
Gift Card performance.
